043 - Body Care on Planes | Anna Rahe
Wednesday May 15, 2019
Wednesday May 15, 2019
Long flights really take its toll on the body. Sitting for sometimes 14hrs straight in those very uncomfortable seats, trying to sleep in unnatural positions and then getting sick to top it all off.
I was recently exposed to the brilliance of Anna Rahe.
Anna is the owner and creator of GSTBody. Her knowledge of the body is mind blowing. She teaches us all about Fascia, what it is and how the body works. She talks about the best way to protect your body on planes. Anna gives us stretches to do in the isle, movements in the seats and pressure points to help the body function efficiently. Anna also delivers some interesting facts about the quality of air in an aircraft. It might shock you. Her passion for the body is inspiring and hopefully will give you tips on how to look after your body on those long flights.
If you live in LA you can go to one of Anna's classes or to find out more on GSTBody visit http://www.gstbody.com/
